Warriors Can't Tame Tigers
The Moose Jaw Warriors lost a tough one to the Medicine Hat Tigers tonight. Battling illness and injury, the Warriors managed to get on the board first with a power play goal from 20 year old Ryan Stanton. The Warriors kept up their momentum with a goal from Warriors top scorer, Jason Bast at 17:10.
The first intermission had Casino Moose Jaw showgirls playing the big dice game with two lucky contestants. The second period was all Tigers—s coring two power play goals to tie it up heading into the third.
The second intermission show had three contestants racing around the ice to put together their Mac’s Frosters. Winners received Mac’s gift cards! The third period would bring one goal. Medicine Hat’s Vey would score at 12:30 to end the game with a 3-2 loss for the Moose Jaw Warriors.
The Warriors will look to bounce back against the Prince George Cougars tomorrow night at the Civic Centre.
