Donation Request Policy

As a non-profit organization, the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club places priority on giving to the Moose Jaw Community.

Donations are made to three primary areas: education, health and hockey. Please see below the following donation request policies and procedures.

The following policies and procedures must be followed:

All requests must be submitted in writing by mail or email.
Along with the letter/email please fill in the Donation Request form available below.
All requests must come on the Organization or Charity's official letterhead to the attention of Marnel Rasmussen.
Requests must contain the date of the event, contact person's name, phone number, address, type of fundraiser and where the proceeds will go.
Unless otherwise stated, organizations will receive one item per year in an attempt to help out a greater number of organizations.
Merchandise given from the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club for use in charitable auctions cannot be sold later on for profit.
Due to the large volume of donation requests we receive, it is not possible to respond to every single inquiry. We will contact you if your request falls within our charitable guidelines. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for processing of the request.

If you would like a Pocket Schedule mailed out to you, please send a self addressed stamped envelop to the above address. A maximum of two pocket schedules will be sent upon request.
