“We all Win” Program Outline

The Moose Jaw Warriors take pride in being a strong voice in the community. The Warriors mandate is to support youth hockey development, enhance community initiatives and build the community profile of the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club. Through countless community initiatives, the Warriors demonstrate their commitment to the community.  “We all Win” School Fundraising allows the Warriors to give back to the local schools and students of Moose Jaw and area.

Overview: Elementary Schools in Moose Jaw in  the Prairie South School Division can purchase a pre-determined amount of tickets to sell as a fundraiser for their school. As another option, students can pre-sell tickets using an order form to keep a running total and request tickets after forms are tallied.  

 

 

Step 1: Prairie South Schools contact the Moose Jaw Warriors to determine availability of Games to sell tickets for.  

Step 2: Schools book selected Game Night and their fundraising tickets and purchase tickets for only $11 (adult), $9 (student) and $5.75 (child). 

Step 3: Schools can then resell the tickets at $17 (adult), $12(student) and $7.75 (child).  Schools can either buy a predetermined amount of tickets to sell or have students request pledged amount of tickets and bring final sales numbers to the school. The school can then request a specific amount of tickets based on pledged sales.  

** When using pledge sheets, total number of tickets requested must be submitted 1 week in advance to Game night

Step 4: School puts on their Game Night--- not long after the Warriors will visit the school for a We All Win Pizza Party!

Game 2: Sunday October 11^th vs Kootenay 7:00 pm

Game 3: Sunday October 18^th vs Lethbridge 7:00 pm

Game 4: Sunday October 30^th vs Swift Current 7:00 pm

Game 5: Friday November 6^th vs Medicine Hat 7:00 pm

Game 6: Saturday November 7^th vs Prince George 7:00 pm

Game 7: Saturday November 14^th vs Regina 7:00 pm ALREADY BOOKED!

Game 8: Friday November 20^th vs Saskatoon 7:00 pm

Game 9: Saturday November 21^st vs Brandon 7:00 pm

Game 10: Friday December 11^th vs Edmonton 7:00 pm

Game 11: Saturday December 12^th vs Kelowna 7:00 pm
